The ColiClenz Plus Digestive Health Program includes a Lifetime Colic Reimbursement Guarantee for horses that remain consistently maintained on the ColiClenz Plus digestive health program.

If your horse experiences a veterinarian-confirmed colic episode while continuously maintained on ColiClenz Plus as directed, the seller Sonja Trefethen will reimburse the buyer for the total amount spent on ColiClenz Plus for that horse.

This guarantee reflects confidence in maintaining proper digestive function and supporting long-term intestinal health.

​Guarantee Conditions:

​

  • The horse must remain continuously maintained on ColiClenz Plus every 10 weeks as directed, without interruption.

  • Any colic event must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

  • The buyer must notify the seller within 48 hours of the diagnosis.

  • Reimbursement applies only to ColiClenz Plus purchased for the specific horse listed in the agreement.

  • The guarantee covers reimbursement of ColiClenz Plus purchases only and does not include veterinary expenses, medical treatment, or other related costs.

  • The guarantee remains valid only while the horse listed in this agreement is actively maintained on the ColiClenz Plus subscription program without any missed cycles.
